Up to 8 pages, a WordPress blog, Google Business Profile set-up and an enquiry form. Run by someone you can email.

WooCommerce set up with up to 50 products, a payment gateway connected, and the everyday site maintenance that keeps orders flowing.
First payment first. There is no set-up fee, but the first monthly payment is taken before design work begins.
The term starts with the project. The minimum term starts from the project start date, not the launch date.
Launch needs a clear account. Sites are only launched, transferred or handed over when payments are up to date.
Already have a website?
If your current site needs updates, fixes, backups, small edits or a calmer pair of hands, I can sometimes take over the management. I start with a paid site check first, so I know what I am taking on.
Three steps from first email to launch. Most Starter sites are up and running within two weeks once the brief, first payment and content are in place.

Once the site is approved and the account is up to date, I switch it on. Hosting, backups, security updates, and your monthly round of edits are all in the monthly fee.
Most of my work is close to home: Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Worthing, Chichester and the towns between. If you are nearby, we can keep things local. If you are further afield, email and Zoom work fine.
Honest answer: it works better for both of us.

Paying a one-off fee and then going without that cover is how many small business websites end up abandoned within a year. A subscription keeps your site healthy and means the support is already built in.
Your domain, content and supplied assets stay yours. The website itself is part of the monthly package; if you leave after the agreed minimum term with the account up to date, I package the finished site and hand it over.
The minimum term starts when the project starts, not when the site launches. If I am waiting on content, feedback or approval, the build may pause, but the agreed monthly plan continues because the work slot has been reserved.
